Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation with Inge
|
Join mind-body therapist and yoga teacher Inge Sengelmann for this forty-five minute Yoga Nidra class for deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra guides us through various layers of mind-body relaxation and into the brainwaves of non-REM deep sleep--which is when the brain and body heals and repairs. It is estimated that 15 minutes in a N-REM state is equal to 4 hours of sleep. Come boost your immunity and experience deep sleep with awareness.
Preparation: a bolster or pillow under your knees, a rolled-up blanket or towel under your heels, a soft cervical pillow for your head and a scarf or light cloth to cover your eyes. |
