We offer walks and hikes of varying difficulty, 3-day retreats, and on-line programming. Below is short description of each type of program. All our programs are FREE. Click on the photos for more info.
Walk Into Wellness. Walk into wellness is a walking-based fitness and social program. If you’re just finishing treatment, or haven’t exercised in a while, try Walk Into Wellness. Walks are flat, easy, and paved.
Hike Into Health. If you don’t mind a few hills, Hike Into Health may be the right hiking-based fitness and social program for you. Hikes are on trails, generally 3-6 miles long, and will put you in the aerobic zone.
Cancer to 14K is a 10-week hiking-based conditioning program. You'll train to reach one of two goals: climbing a 14,000' peak or completing a 14,000-step-long hike to an alpine lake.
Survivor-caregiver retreats. Three days that will change your life for the better. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, make new friends who "get it," challenge yourself physically, and find new strength to face life challenges.
