Vaccinations are up, and covid cases are down. Live By Living is back on the trail with Cancer to 14K, and soon with hikes, walks and retreats (YESSSS!!! Retreats!!!). Nonetheless, the interest in our on-line programs has been so great that we are going to continue them. They're convenient, social, and great stress-busters. And we don't have to remind you there is more than enough stress and anxiety to go around today.
We currently have 2 types of on-line activity: on-line live videoconference events (via Zoom), and one-on-one counseling and mindfulness sessions. You can access these by clicking on the photos below or using the menu buttons at the top of the page.
