As you all know, life as normal has been upended while we all pull together to limit the spread of COVID-19. Most of us find ourselves practicing social isolation to keep healthy, and to help keep others healthy. There is more than enough stress and anxiety to go around today.
We're all in this together, even if we're physically apart. And while we're apart, Live By Living is working to help us maintain community, manage stress and anxiety, and have a little fun through our new on-line community programs. We currently have 3 types: on-line live video events, a community need and support bulletin board, and one-on-one counseling and mindfulness sessions.
