Hike Into Health combines camaraderie, nature, and exercise to help you feel better emotionally and physically. Hike into Health is more challenging, though, because the trails often have uneven surfaces and rocks, the hikes are typically longer than our walks, and there is more uphill and downhill (sometimes a lot more). Most hikes are in the foothills of the Front Range, and some are higher up in the mountains (the photo above is from one of our highest hikes, on top of the Continental Divide). In the winter, we may go snowshoeing or “spiking” (hiking with traction devices like YakTrax) as conditions dictate.
